Of course we try to maintain the highest levels of service in our business. 7. Surroundings - Where can I find information about the surroundings?

You will find information about the surroundings of your holiday resort on the special page about the holiday park you have chosen under the button ‘Surroundings’. Here you will find information about the location of the holiday park, about the region and country. 

8. Making a reservation - Why don't I see a price?

When you are looking into the 'prices and availability' table you can see the actual availability. You can only see a price for the available periods, per accommodation type. This price is including possible discounts. For more information about what is included and excluded in this price, please conult the blue 'i' next to the name of the accommodation. Here you can also find more information about the bookable periods of this accommodation.

When you see no price or a dash, this means there is no availability anymore for this specific accommodation type.

9. Making a reservation - Can I book with preference?

If you have visited one of our resorts before and if you would like to book with preference for a specific villa, please contact us via LiveChat, phone or e-mail. We are happy to help you as quickly as possible. Also for other preferences or questions, such as an option booking, you are welcome to contact us.

10. Insurances - Can I buy insurance?

Unfortunately you can not order a cancellation insurance with us. We recommend you to order a cancellation insurance by yourself. You can find our general terms and conditions here.

11. Prices and discounts - Where can I find prices and discounts?

The prices of the holiday home and villas can be found on the holiday resorts page under the button ‘prices’. When you click on a price, the availability of the accommodation will be checked automatically and you can place your holiday booking. Discounts are always deducted directly from the prices. For more information about our current discounts and specials, please visit our page 'offers'.

12. Searching for accommodation - How do I find a holiday home?

You can find our accommodations in various ways using the navigation. If, for example, you click on the button: ‘Our resorts’ then you will be able to choose from one of the parks currently on offer. 

13. Cancellation - Can I cancel my reservation?

Should you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday then we request you contact us by e-mail or telehpone. Our cancellation conditions apply according to our general conditions.

We do advise you to take cancellation insurance when booking so that you are covered for any financial costs incurred by the cancellation. 

14. Changes - Can I change my booking?

You can make changes regarding your personal details in your account when logging in, using your login details. For other changes, such as booking extra options, you can contact us by Chat, e-mail or telephone.

15. Booking status - What is my reservation status?

When you make a booking with us your booking will be recorded directly online so that you are always ensured of your stay. You will receive a booking confirmation in your mailbox directly after booking. With the login details provided in this e-mail you can log in to your account and pay the depost. In case of an last-minute booking (35 days or less before arrival), we kindly ask you to pay the full amount. When the deposit is paid, the booking will be confirmed. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation or log in details, please check your SPAM box. If the confirmation is not there then please call us on the number 0044 (0) 845-5089623 or chat with us if available. You can also send us an e-mail on info@oasisparcs.com

16. Discounts - Are there any discounts available?

Any discounts are directly applied to the prices, which are visable in the prices & availability chart or at the tab 'prices'. For our special offers we recommend you visit our 'offers' page.

17. Booking an accommodation - How can I book a holiday home?

You can easily book accommodation using our user-friendly website.  If for any reason you cannot get a connection or have other problems, you can contact us by telephone. We are pleased to help! 

18. Payment compliance - How can I make the payment?

After making your booking you will receive an email with log in details. These details allow you to log on our website (right corner at 'log in’). By logging in, you enter your personal environment where you can view and can also add or change your personal details. In your personal environment you can also pay the deposit via iDeal or Credit Card. After paying the deposit, the reservation will be confirmed.

If you have received a payment reminder from us, or if you want to pay the balance, we ask you to log in with your user data on our website. These are sent together with your booking confirmation. In your personal environment, you can make the payment via iDeal or Credit Card.

Lost or forgot your log in details? Please contact us via Chat (if available) or by telephone. If we are not available, you can always send us an email.

If paying online does not work for you, you can make a bank transfer. You can find our bank details in "About Us." We would like to ask you to state your booking number for reference in the description of the transfer.

19. Payment terms & conditions - What are the payment terms?

After booking, the booker will receive a confirmation by mail and also an invoice with an online payment link. For a booking made more than 84 days prior to your arrival, you are requested to pay a deposit of at least 30% of the rental sum of the booked accommodation, services, activities and/or facilities, directly after receiving the confirmation/invoice. Reservation and insurance costs should be paid directly and in full (100%). The outstanding amount should be transferred no later than 35 days prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within 84 days prior to the arrival date then after receipt of the confirmation/invoice you should pay directly, in one go and in full.  Once we have received the total invoiced amount, the travel documents and admission vouchers will be sent by mail.

20. Invoices and payments - When should I pay?

You will be sent an invoice directly after booking online. You are requested to pay the deposit directly; we must receive the outstanding amount 35 days before your arrival date at our holiday resort. May you have booked last-minute, thus 35 days or less before arrival; we kindly ask you to pay us the full amount.
